[Location] Localized in the erect sitting position or in the upward recumbent position, with the palm upwards, on the palmar aspect of the forearm, 2.0 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, on the oine connecting PC3 (Quze) and PC7 (Daling), between the tendons of m. palmaris longus and m. flexor carpi radialis.( Fig.6 )
[Regional Anatomy] Skin--->subcutaneous tissue→between the tendons of the radial flexor muscle of the wrist and the long palmar muscle→flexor digitorum superficialis→flexor digitorum profundus→pronator quadratus. Superficial layer, the medial branchial cutaneous nerve and the branches of the lateral branchial cutaneous nerve, and and the median antebrachial vein; deep layer, the median nerve along with artery and vein among the flexor digitorum superficialis, flexor pollicis longus and flexor digitorum profundus. In front of the interosseous membrane of forearm, there are the prior antebrachial interosseous artery, vein and nerve.
