The doctor stands behind the patient, measure he patient s head circumference with a string, shear the remanent and then circle the patient's neck from front to back with the measured string, align the two extrems behind the neck, and tense them downward slightly along the posterior median line. Superficial layer, the distribution of the medial cutaneous branch of the rami posteriores nervorum thoracalium, and concomitant artery and vein; deep layer, mterspinal external vertebral venous plexus, the branch of rami posteriores nervorum thoracalium, and the branches or the subordiantial ramas of the dorsal branches from posterior intercostal arteries and veins.
