[Regional Anatomy] Skin→subcutaneous tissue→the tendon of tibialis posterior→the tendon of flexor digitorum longus and Achilles's tendon→between the metatarsal→flexor digitorum longus. Superficial layer, the medial crural cutaneous branch of the saphenous nerve, the subordiantial ramus of the greater saphenous vein; deep layer, the tibial nerve, and the posterior tibial artery and vein.
