[Location] Localized in the prone position. On the posterior midline of the lower leg between BL40 (Weizhong) and BL60 (Kunlun). when extending the toes straight or lifting the heel. the point is below the belly of m. gastrocnemlus in the apex of the depression. ( Fig.64 )
 
[Regional Anatomy] Skin→subcutaneous tissue→the gastrocnemius→the soleus. Superficial layer, the distribution of the small saphenous vein and the medial sural cutaneous nerve; deep layer, the tibial nerve, the posterior tibial artery and vein.
