Location:
This acupoint is located lateral to the foot and in the depression directly below the external malleolus (see Fig. 82).

Indications:
esophagus cancer, thyroid cancer, Headache, dizziness, redness and pain of eyes, twitching of eyelids, depressive syndrome, manic psychosis, epilepsy, insomnia, somnolence and aching pain in the loins and legs.
