The acupoint is located on the medial side of the shank, on the line joining the tip of the medial malleolus and Yinlingquan (SP 9) and 3 cun below Yinlingquan (see Fig. 39).

Indications:
Fatty Liver, Proctitis, Abdominal pain, diarrhea, edema, dysuria, dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation and flaccidity and obstruction syndromes of the lower limbs.
