1) Bryony
Bryony is a great home remedy for influenza symptoms that include thirst, cough, dry mouth and lips, sore throat, severe dehydration and chest pain. Be careful when using bryony as a natural home remedy, as some plants in this family are very poisonous. Bryony is a great natural treatment when properly used and caution is exercised.
2) Hydrotherapy
My favorite home remedy for influenza symptoms is a hot shower. While this is a simple thing, do not underestimate steam – it's a wonderful natural treatment. Close all of the bathroom doors and windows so that you can trap as much steam as possible in the bathroom. Your bathroom is now your own sauna. Mucous membranes are kept moist by all of the trapped steam, which will make your influenza much more bearable. The steam is also great at opening the airways for easier breathing. This is one of the best home remedies for the influenza.
