1) Juice
If you suffer from inflammation, then one of the best natural cures is to drink lots of juices and herbal teas.  It's also a good idea to consume a diet of mainly raw foods.  This is also an excellent natural home remedy for inflammation.
 
2) Flavonoids
Inflammation can be naturally reduced and remedied if you eat foods that contain high amounts of flavonoids.  These are actually very powerful antioxidants, which are excellent natural cures for inflammation.  Foods high in flavonoids are blueberries and strawberries, although blueberries have a much higher concentration of flavonoids.  Another excellent natural home remedy for inflammation is quercetin, which is found in onions.

3) Pineapple Papaya
Pineapple and papaya are excellent natural cures for inflammation and should be consumed daily.  Try to eat half of a pineapple or papaya every day.  These foods contain enzymes that reduce both inflammation and swelling.  These enzymes are bromelain (found in pineapple) and papain (found in papaya).  You'll notice a big difference in your swelling and inflammation in about two to six days.  Be sure that you are eating fresh pineapple, as the canned variety is not as effective.  If you don't like pineapple, or cannot find the fresh fruit, you can also consume bromelain in pill form.
 
4) Cold Water Fish
A great home remedy for inflammation is to try to consume lots of cold water fish like sardines, salmon, mackerel and herring.  These are excellent natural cures for inflammation because these fish contain high amounts of omega-3 essential fatty acids, which are instrumental in reducing inflammation and swelling.  If you don’t want all the mercury and toxins in the fish, then flax seed oil is actually a better source of omega 3s.
 
5) Limit Saturated Fat
One of the best home remedies for inflammation is to simply limit your intake of salt and saturated fats.  If you do this, you will be pleasantly surprised by how quickly your inflammation will be reduced.
 
Inflammation can be naturally cured if you avoid junk food (processed food is terrible for you, anyway), white flour products, sugar and cola.  Be sure to drink lots of water and limit your intake of salt as well.
 
6) Alfalfa as Inflammation Natural Remedy
One of the best natural remedies for inflammation is to consume a large amount of alfalfa because it contains a high amount of chlorophyll and minerals, which have been shown to naturally cure inflammation.
