1) Pumpkin Seeds
Place a handful of pumpkin seeds (without shells) and a handful of almonds, about a teaspoon of poppy seeds, and 3 tablespoons of wheat in bowl of water and soak the whole night. The next morning drain the water and take the skin off the almonds and then grind the mixture until it is a smooth paste. Heat up 1/2 teaspoon cloves in a tiny amount of butter then add it to the paste mixture with some milk and bring to boil. Add sugar to taste and you are ready to drink. Repeat once a day for about 4-5 days.

2) Massage
The Sternocleidomastoid (SCM) muscle which is the diagonal muscle on the front of your neck that can cause dizziness when it tightens from stress or overwork. I had a friend with dizziness and when I massaged her SCM the dizziness went away totally. It did not return for a long time. After I massage it, it went away once again.
3) Ice Water
My home remedy for relieving dizziness is very simple. I usually drink 2 to 3 large glasses of ice water and it goes away.
4) Coriander Seeds
I use coriander seeds to make my dizziness go away. I take about one teaspoon of coriander seeds and soak them over night in one full glass of water and then after leaving them there all night I drink the solution. I drink this for 3 to 4 days.
