1) Diet as Home Remedy for Menstrual Cramps
The natural order is that women are healthy and their female functions and organs should not be a source of suffering.  Many women have talked about their troubles with menstruation for hundreds of years.  The levels of hormones are dependent primarily on diet.  For example, a diet high in fat will exaggerate the amounts of these hormones through a number of mechanisms.

2) Raspberry Leaf
A good natural remedy for menstrual cramps is to drink raspberry leaf tea several times a day starting 2 or 3 days prior to the menstrual period and continuing until the period ends.

3) Castor Oil
You can try a simple natural treatment of castor oil for your menstrual cramps.  Simply rub the castor oil on your stomach, and be sure to concentrate on your pelvis and the area above your uterus.  You can take this age old pain remedy a step further by soaking 3 squares of cotten flanel with castor oil and then putting this sandwich of flannel pieces on the area.  Put some clear plastic over it and put a hot water bottle on it at a warm not hot temperature.  Leave this for an hour or two.  This works very well for me and my cramps are usually gone quickly.

4) No Dairy
While there are lots of reasons to stop eating dairy products, getting rid of menstrual cramps was a great reason for me.  This is an easy home remedy that I found to really work to treat my menstrual cramps.  Not only has a lack of dairy in my diet helped to alleviate my cramps, but I'm losing weight, my acne has cleared and my hair is in such great shape, I don't need to use conditioner anymore.  Try to cut dairy from your diet. Humans are the only species on Earth that drinks milk as adults.  It's even stranger when you consider that weare also the only species that drinks milk from another species.  Milk wasn't designed to be consumed by adulthumans, so why are we drinking it?

5) Vitamin B12
For menstrual cramps or pain from ovulation, I stumbled upon this by accident.  I don’t really know why it works but it does for me.  Take vitamin B12.  Eat a little something when you take it.
