Chinese Cupping therapy helps relieve Chronic lumbar muscle strain

Location cupped and methods:
Acupoints selected: Shenshu (BL23), Qihaishu (BL24), Yaoyangguan, Guanyuanshu, Baihuaishu, Yanglingquan, Weizhong (BL 40), Chenshan, Qiyang.

Methods:
1)Cupping cup: you should adopt cupping to suck cups on Shenshu, Guanyuanshu, Yaoyangguan, Weizhong, Chengshan and the pressure pain of waist (A’shi acupoints)after flash of fire; you could use cupping method of air pump.

3) Cupping of venesection: after disinfection of the acupoints of Shenshu, A’shi, Weizhong, you should use dermals to strike them or use three-edged needles to prick until bleeding and then get the acupoints cupped.

4) Medicinal cupping method: you should boil the Mahuang, Aiye, Mugua, Chuanjiao, Tuogu per 10 gram for the liquor and you should daub these decocted medicine on the painful site and then cup the acupoints.
