Acupoints selected: Tinggong (SI 19), Tinghui (GB 2), Yifeng (TE 17), Shenshu (BL23), Minmen, Shaoze (SI 1), Zhongzhu, Zusanli (ST 36), Taichong (LR 3)

Cupping method: you should adopt cupping and choose cups to suck the above acupoints for 10 minutes once a day.
