Cupping (Suction cup) treatment is effective for Anal prolapse

This disease belongs to archocele that is caused by weakness of body, or insufficiency of middle-warmer energy, or straining and consuming strength, fecundity, or deficiency qi due to long time illness.

Location cupped and methods:
Acupoints selected: Baihui, Pishu (BL20), Dachangshu (BL25), Baihuaishu, Ciliao (BL32), Changqiang (GV 1), Zhongwan, Shenque, Qihai, Guanyuan, Zusanli, Chengshan, Sanyinjiao.

Cupping methods:
1. Cupping: you should use moxa to do moxibustion of the acupoints of Pishu, Dachangshu, Ciliao, Changqiang, Zhongwan, Qihai, Guanyuan, Zusanli and Sanyinjiao for 3 minutes and then get them cupped.

2. Acucupping: after disinfecting the acupoints of Pishu, Dachangshu, Baihuaishu, Changqiang, Qihai, Guanyuan, Zusanli, Chengshan, you should use acupuncture needles to prick them. Then you should get them cupped after removing the needles.

3. Cupping of venesection: you should use three-edged needles to prick the positobe focus of lumbosacral area, Dachangshu, Changqiang, Qihai and Baihui until bleeding; or you should break the white fiber under positobe focus skin. Then, you should get them cupped.

4. Medicinal cupping method: firstly, you should apply cupping to shenque after flash of fire. Then you should grind Shengma and Bimazi to powder and make the powder to cake-like mixture with some vinegar. With this done, you should cover the mixture on Shenque and get it down three hours before the treatment of the next day.
