Cupping (Suction cup) treatment is effective for Hyperplasia of mammary glands

It is called "mammary aggregation"in traditional Chinese medicine. Clinically, it is usually caused by excessive thought and preoccupation, liver failing to stretch freely and heart-spleen depression leading to qi-blood stasis and phlegm –wetnesss retention, which subsequently block the collaterals in the breast, or bu yin and blood deficiency of liver and kidney resulted from disorderly sexually on the basis of weak constitution, consequently the meridians and collaterals lack nutrients and then the phlegm produces.

Location cupped and methods:
Acupoints selected: jianjing, tianzong, ganshu, yingchuang, shanzong, rugen, qimen, waiguan, yinlingquan, fenglong

Cupping methods:
1. Cupping: you should attach the cups onto the acupoints of ganshu, shanzhong, tianzong, jianjing, waiguan after flash of fire, or you can adopt cupping method of air pump.

2. Acucupping: after disinfecting the acupoints of ganshu, qimen, rugen, yingchuang, yinlingque, fenglong, you should use acupuncture needles to prick them and then use moxa for moxibustion for 15 minutes. At last, you should get them cupped on each acupoint for 5-10 minutes.

3. Venesection of cupping: you should use three-edged needles stab the acupoints of shanzhong, rugen, yingchuang, for 3-5 times and then adopt cupping to the stabbed areas after flash of fire
4. Medicinal cupping: you should spread the ginger juice onto the dorsal points of the opposite side of patient as well as tianzong, kufang, yingchuang, shanzhong, rugen. Then you should get them cupped.
