Syndrome differentiation and treatment:
In traditional Chinese, osteonecrosis is a kind of disease caused by weak constitution of organism, low disease resistance, deficiency of essence and blood from kidney. pathological changes are related to spleen, liver, and kidney. Kidney is the origin of congenital constitution. It is kidney that produces bone marrow. A strong kidney means abundant bone marrow, and vice versa. With the same homology, liver controls the tendons and stores blood. Both boom and bust. if the liver is not functioning properly, it cannot enough blood and regulate the blood transportation. The body then cannot have enough nutrition it needs. This is the mian factor of osteonecrosis. Spleen controls the blood transportation. If spleen does not work properly for the transportation, then there are no  essential blood to nourish the bones and tendons. When osteonecrosis occurs, bones and cartilage contuse. The blood and Qi cannot flow smoothly. The limbs and trunk cannot absorb enough nutritions. The ability to regenerate and repair decreases, thus leading to osteonecrosis.
