1. Syndrome of Heat-Toxin Invading Ying-Nutrient System
Main Symptoms: It is mostly seen in the urticaria type, purpura type, scarlatiniform or morbilliform eruption type and partial multiform erythema type, manifested by skin rash in fresh red or purple red color, and even purple spots, blood blisters, accompanied by high fever, obnubilation, extremely dry mouth and lips, thirst, constipation, scanty an brown urine, crimson tongue without any coating or, scanty coating, and rapid pulse.

2. Syndrome of Mixture of Heat-Toxin and Dampness
Main Symptoms: It is mostly seen in severe multi- form erythema type, atrophic and necrotic type of bullous epidemolysis or early exfoliative dermatitis, and erythroderma type, manifested by red plaque, blisters and blebs in skin rashes, and even erosion, effusion, exfoliation, or flushed color, tumefaction and effusion in the skin, accompanied by serious pruritus, vexation, fever, dizziness, headache, dry mouth or greasy taste in the mouth, constipation or loose stool, yellow and brown urine, reddened tongue, thin and whitish or yellowish coating, slippery or rapid pulse.

3. Syndrome of Yin Impairment by Heat Toxin
Main Symptoms: It is often seen in the late stage of serious drug rash, manifested by flushed color in skin rash, decreased effusion, dryness on the surface with desquamation, accompanied by low fever, thirst, lassitude, vexation, dry stool, yellow urine, reddened tongue, scanty coating, thready and rapid pulse.
