Polished round-grained rice, Semen Oryzae Sativae, 100g
Brown sugar (right amount)
PROCESS: First decoct the pre
pared aconite root for 1.5 to 2 hours; then put in ginseng or dangshen, astragalus root and Chinese-date, decoct them for 40 minutes, sift the decoction from the dregs and make gruel together with the Chinese-date and the rice; and finally add the brown sugar to the gruel and cook it for a few seconds.
DIRECTIONS: To be taken twice, both in the morning and in the evening. Its indications are the same as those of Gruel of Cinnamon Twig, Dried Ginger and Ginseng.
