INGREDIENTS
Mulberry, Fructus Mori 20 to 30g (or 30 to 60g if fresh)
Polished glutinous rice, Semen Oryzae Glutinosae 100g
Crystal sugar 25g
PROCESS: First, submerge the mulberries in water for some time and wash them clean. Then, put them into an earthenware pot together with the glutinous rice to make gruel. Put in the crystal sugar and keep on cooking for a while.
DIRECTIONS: Take it twice each day, on an empty stomach, and five to seven days making up a course of treatment.
