Mussel, Mylilus Crassitesta 50g
Polished round-grained rice, Semen Oryzae Sativae 100g
PROCESS: Have 50g of mussel soaked in warm water for half a day. Boil it a bit and remove its heart. Put it together with 100g of polished round-grained rice, add 800ml of water, and right amount of cooking oil and salt; have them cooked together to make thin gruel.
DIRECTIONS: Take the gruel warm, twice a day, oncein the morning and the other in the evening. This kind of gruel has a good effect upon both Hypertension (High Blood Pressure) and arteriosclerosis, fit to be taken over a long period of time.
