INGREDIENTS
Wolfberry fruit, Fructus Lycii (Gouqizi) 100g
Lean pork 500g
Fresh bamboo shoots, Germen Rhyllostachydis 100g
Lard, Lardum 30g
Salt, white sugar, cooking wine, sesame oil, dried starch, gourmet powder, soy sauce ( right amount for each)
PROCESS: Have the lean pork washed clean, remove its fasciae and cut it into shreds 2 Chinese cun (equal to 6.7 cm) long; cut fresh bamboo shoots into shreds of the same length wash the wolfberry fruit clean for later use; put lard into a cooking pan and heat it; put the meat and the bamboo shoot shreds into the pan at the same time; put in the cooking wine and stir-fry it quickly in hot oil, add white sugar, soy sauce, salt, and gourmet powder and stir thoroughly; put in the wolfberry fruit, stir it several times, drip sesame oil into the pan and take it out from the pan.
DIRECTIONS: Take it as dishes.
EFFICACY: Replenishing yin, tonifying the kidney, strengthening the health and improving eyesight.
INDICATIONS: Lumbago, listlessness, giddiness, dim vision, Impotence, pain in the loins and other symptoms due to kidney deficiency. It can also be used to strengthen constitution and prolong life.
