Should my partner be treated if I have cervicitis?

Condition analysis: 

Most commonly cervicitis is caused by infections, usually during sexual activity. Cervicitis can develop from non infectious causes like any kind of allergy to contraceptives like spermicides, latex condom, diaphragms or intra uterine devices. You may not need to have medications if your cervicitis is allergic in origin.

But if your cervivitis is caused by any kind of sexually transmitted infections, you and your partner need treatment as your partner may be already infected or at a very high risk of infection. It is advisable to abstain from sexual intercourse untill you are finished with the treatment.

Remedy for Cervicitis using Carrots: The third remedy is based on carrots that have been proven to work wonders because they contain some active substances that help the cervical cells recover and also fight against Candida albicans and some types of funguses.

Grate one carrot on the small grater and add 4 tablespoons of grated carrot in 500 ml of water and place it over fire for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Turn the fire off and let the pot covered for another 10 minutes.

Slip and use externally the carrot tea, twice a day.

However, if you have a vaginal mycosis you may use the carrot infusion that goes like this.

Add three tablespoons of washed and minced carrot leaves into 1 liter of boiling water.

Cover the pot and place it aside with a lid on for 15 minutes and then slip the content.

Use the infusion twice per day to make vaginal irrigations, every morning and evening before nighttime.
