Take a shower, then prepare turnip juice. Grate a turnip, squeeze the juice through cheesecloth so that you have 2 teaspoons. Now raise your hand and vigorously massage a teaspoon of the turnip juice into each armpit.

Apply baking soda to clean arm pits and feet to minimize odor.

Roll 3 unpeeled lemons on hard surface until soft. Cut lemons in half. Rub each half on armpit, alternating pits. Shower afterwards. If you have hairy armpits, shave the day before. Acidity kills the odor. Take a bath daily. After each bath, apply tawas (powedered or stone form) on your armpits. No bad odor plus whitens your skin too.

Olive oil, baking soda, lemon juices, ( orange juice, lime juice, and grapefruit juice are also exceptable) (Has to be fresh squeezed) Powder your under arm (or any other place in need), with the baking soda, then squeeze the juices into the soda, then wipe olive oil over it all and viola! Your body odor shall be gone!

Dietary Remedies
A vegetarian friend's sense of smell is so keen, she can stand next to someone and tell whether that person is a meat eater. If you are a heavy meat and fowl eater and are troubled by body odor, change your diet. Ease off meat and poultry and force yourself to fill up on green leafy vegetables. There will be a big difference in a short time. You probably won't perspire less, but the smell won't be as strong, and the change of diet will be healthier for you in general. It will also be appreciated by the people in the crowded elevators you ride.

The Grass Is Greener...
In addition to eating green leafy vegetables, take a 500 mg capsule of wheat grass (powdered juice) daily. Or, if your local health food store sells fresh wheat grass juice, have an ounce first thing each morning. Be sure to take it on an empty stomach and drink it down with spring water. The chlorophyll can reduce body odor dramatically or eliminate it completely.

If tension causes you to perspire excessively, which then causes unpleasant body odors, drink sage tea. Use 1 1/2 teaspoons of dried sage, or two tea bags in 1 cup of water. Let the tea steep for 10 minutes. Drink it in small doses throughout the day. The tea should help you to relax, so don't sweat it.
