2. Now, boil two cups of water. Add the above mixture along with few small slices of fresh ginger, tea and a small piece of cinnamon (dalchini) in the water.
3. Allow it to boil on low flame by covering the vessel for 10–15 minutes.
Strain the solution and drink this tea, when warm.
4. Alternatively, you can add little milk or honey to the decoction and consume it.
