Effect
Tonify yin and resolve phlegm.

Indications
Qi and blood deficiency, cough with nausea and vomit, asthma with excessive phlegm, affection of exotenous wind-cold, yin deficiency due to old age, deficiency cold in lung and kidney.

Ingredients
Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui) 6 g,
Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata (Shudihuang) 9~15 g,
Citrus aurantium (Chenpi) 4.5 g,
Rhizoma Pinelliae (Banxia) 6 g,
Poria (Fuling) 6 g,
Zhi Gan Cao 3 g,
Rhizoma Zingiberis (Shengjiang) 10 g.

Explanation
Dang Gui: Tonifying blood and activating blood, alleviating pain.

Shu Di: Tonifying blood, nourishing yin of liver and kidney.

Fu Ling: Inducing diuresis and strengthening the spleen.

Chen Pi: Regulating the flow of Qi and stomach, removing dampness and dissolving phlegm.

Ban Xia: Removing dampness and resolving phlegm, descending the upward adverse flow of Qi to arrest vomiting.

Zhi Gan Cao: Invigorating Qi, regulating the stomach, tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.

Sheng Jiang: Warming the stomach.

Administration
Decoct in water for oral dose to be taken twice.
