Home remedies to cure burning urine problems:
There are several home remedies which are known to treat such a condition. The first and foremost thing to do is to drink plenty of water. As mentioned earlier, burning sensation during urination could be a result of dehydration. This would aid in flushing out the system gradually. The more water one drinks, the system gets flushed out faster and better. One should therefore make it a habit to drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily. One can try adding a few glasses of barley water as well. Barley water is known to cure a lot of urinary disorders. Be careful when you buy barley water as most shops have lemon barley instead of plain barley water. Lemon contains citric acid which might worsen the condition and hence it must be avoided. The best way to do so is by preparing barley water at home. Boil fistful of barley seeds in 2 liters of water. Let it boil until it becomes a little thicker and milky in color. Let it cool for some time. Once cool, have one cup of this water every hour.
One can also use baking soda. Just add a spoon of baking soda to your drinking water and drink this water. Have this at least thrice a day but not more than that. The soda helps in flushing the system and the urinary tract of the infection. However, if you add too much of soda, it can cause gases and bloating. The water passing from the urinary tract will also reduce the excess salt concentration in the urine. One can also try applying yogurt on the genital area. This will help get rid of surface infections.
