The main line from pericardium through chest and hypochondrium runs inside the chest, emerges from the costal region at a point 3 cun below the anterior axillary fold and through biceps brachii of upper arm inside downward to the middle flexor surface of elbow joint, then downward to between ulna and radius, to the middle of wrist joint, where through centre of the palm upward to palmar surface of middle finger, to the top of middle finger. On palm, where divide into another branch, which circulation on palmar surface of finger, where links with the triple energizer meridian and connects the meridian-Qi of triple energizer meridian.

The collaterals of the pericardium meridian of hand-jueyin:
It is originate from the acupoint on pericardium meridian of hand-jueyin between palmaris longus and radialis lateral flexion behind 2 cun wrist joint. It just distributes to one branch, which along the pericardium meridian of hand-jueyin upward to chest, and distribute on great vessels of the pericardium and heart--"heart system". It becomes connected line on the pericardium meridian of hand-jueyin, which enhance function to transport Qi and blood of the pericardium meridian of hand-jueyin.

The collaterals of the pericardium meridian of hand-jueyin not directly connect with the first branch of interior and exterior triple-warmer meridian of hand shaoyang.

The main line from pericardium upward through two sides of air tube to throat, where below the mastoid process connect with triple-warmer meridian of hand-shaoyang, compose the fifth paired combination of meridians being formed by SAN JIAO and pericardium meridians on the sixth paired combination formed by large.
