Intracal branch goes along calvaria to cranial cavity and is distributed in brain. Its trunk runs downward both sides of governor vessel and reaches nape, there is a branch under occipital bone which penetrates into brain and is associated with collateral posterior to brain, its trunk descends from nape along both sides of cervical vertebrae to first thoracic vertebra and is divided into two ramus descendens, medial ramus descenden runs downward between medial aspect of scapula to both sides of the second lumbar vertebra, its branch enters into belly cavity and is distributed in kidney and bladder, the trunk keeps descending from chest along Posterior inferior iliac spine, ischial tuberosity, semitendinosus and biceps brachii to center popliteal fossa.

Lateral ramus descenden runs lateral aspect of medial ramus descenden along margo vertabralis of scapula to buttocks, passes Posterior superior iliac spine, dorsal side of greater trochanter and lateral aspect of biceps brachii to lateral side of popliteal fossa and combines with medial ramus descenden. Running downward from popliteal fossa between medial and lateral sides of gastrocnemius, running obliquely from Chengshan (BL57) acupoint of gastrocnemiu to lateral side of tendo calcaneus, descending from lateral malleolus and revolving its below, going along lateral aspect of foot to lateral side of little toe, it connects with kidney meridian of foot-shaoyin and links up with qi of kidney meridian of foot-shaoyin.

Collateral of bladder meridian of foot-taiyang:
Originating from Feiyang acupoint of bladder meridian of foot-taiyang which is 7 inches above lateral malleolus, it only diverges one branch which crosses gastrocnemius and other muscles and connects with meridians in internal and external relation---kidney meridian of foot-shaoyin, forming intercommunication gangway of meridians in internal and external relation. There is only one branch in this collateral which is the shortest one in the fifteen collaterals.

Divergent collateral of bladder meridian of foot-taiyang:
Forking from medial side of bladder meridian in popliteal fossa, it runs upward to sacrum, penetrates beside anus and is distributed in bladder and kidney. Its trunk which runs upward from abdomen along backbone and passes through disphragmatic muscle is distributed in heart then runs upward along backbone again and comes out of neck then connects with bladder meridian of foot-taiyang and forms connection in parallel of main meridian, the distribution enforces relationship between bladder meridian of foot-taiyang and kidney, bladder, brain, meanwhile it forms the connection gangway between heart and kidney.
