Points: Choosing the contra lateral motor area for the motor dysfunction; selecting the speech area I and II for the speech debility; using the contra lateral sensory area for the sensory dysfunction.
Technique: Needle the treatment area with a thick filiform needle, and apply rotating needling manipulation. The needle is rotated 180 to 200 times per minute and the rotation should last three to five minutes each time. The needles are retained for 30 minutes, and another three cycles of rotation should be conducted during this time. The method is applicable to the sequelae of wind stroke.
