1) Arnica Home Remedy for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
As a home remedy for carpal tunnel syndrome you can put Arnica ointment on it several times a day. Dab this on the underside of the affected wrist using about a quarter of a teaspoon. Massage this in with the thumb of your other hand all the way down the wrist to the beginning of the palm. It will take about 30 days of this to get rid of the carpal tunnel syndrome. This works better than anything else I ever tried.

2) Vitamin B6 Carpal Tunnel Home Remedy
I was told by my elderly doctor to try vitamin B6. Sure enough it worked after taking it for three weeks. It has never come back. Since then I have told others about it and it has worked 100 percent so far. You have to take enough of it – take a tablet twice a day. If that doesn’t start to show good results, double it.
3) Bromelain Natural Home Remedy for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
There is an enzyme that comes from pineapple called Bromelain. This will digest inflammatory proteins and so it will reduce the inflammation in your wrists. Take about 1,000 milligrams twice a day when you have a flare up. Also omega 3 fatty acids has been proven in studies to decrease inflammation. Flaxseed is the best source of this. Take a tablespoon every day. Well that’s my carpal tunnel natural remedy and it works very well!
