It is included in the category of bi-syndrome in TCM. As for the pathogenous, this disease is externally caused by blockage of the meridians following invasion of the body by exogenous pathogenic wind, cold and damp heat; and internally caused by deficient healthy qi. Overstrain, or exposure to wind while sweating and the weakened weiqi failing to protect the body from the exogenic factors, giving rise to blockage of the meridians and stagnation of qi and blood.

Acupoints selected: Ganshu (BL 18), Pishu (BL20), Sanjiaoshu (BL22), Shenshu (BL23), Jianyu, Jianzhen, Quchi, Shousanli, Waiguan, Yangchi, Hegu, Qiyan, Yanglingque, zhongfeng, Kunlun (BL60), Jiexi, Qiuxu
Methods: you should use cups to suck acupoints mentioned for 10 minutes once a day. Or, you should stab the acupoints of Ganshu, Pishu, Sanjiaoshu, Shenshuxue, with triangle-edged needles employing use meridian-pricking therapy, and then cup the inserted acupoints after flash of fire for10 minutes. Caution that you should do it one time in a day or two.
