The occurrance of Pemphigus is due to the debonding of epidermal acanthosis cell lysis, and the lack of cohesion of the epidermal cells. Therefore, the blisters are isolated, scattered blisters and clustered, or arranged in a ring, or snake shape. Besides the blisters, occasionally there comes the necrosis of blood blisters, ulcers, tissue. Generally patients have only mild itching, with only pigmentation leaving after treatment. No scars.
