Key points for diagnosis
(1) Regular menstrual cycle, normal menstruation, periodic uternine bleeding between two menstruations obviously less than nomral menses or just several drops of bleeding and stopping automatically after 2 - 7 days, usually accompanied by weakness of the waist, vague pain in the lower abdomen, distending pain in the breasts, profuse transparent leuckorrhea.
(2) BBT appears in bipolar curve and bleeding appears at alternative point between high and low curve or before and after the point.
(3) Type B ultrasonic wave examination indicates that the bleeding occurs in full follicular development or before and after ovulation.
(4) This disease should be differentiated from early menstruation, scanty menses and multi-colored leuckorrhage.
