INGREDIENTS
Fresh mulbeny, Fructus Mori 1000g (Or dried mulberry) 600g
Bee Honey (Fengmi) 300g
PROCESS: Extract the juice of the mulberry and boil it down into thin extract; then add in honey and cook the mixture until it becomes very thick. Let it cool for later use.
DIRECTIONS: To be taken after being infused in boiling water, 10g each time.
