Lotus root, Rhizoma Nelumbinis 500g
Batryticated silkworm, Bombyx Batryticatus 7
Brown sugar 120g
PROCESS: Have the lotus root washed clean and cut into thick slices. Put the lotus root slices, batryticated silkworms and brown sugar into a cooking pot to decoct them in water.
DIRECTIONS: Eat the lotus root and drink the decoction. Take it once each day, for seven successive days.
