Chinese yam, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, 60g
white Rhizoma Atractylodis (Cangzhu), 60g
Poria (Fuling), 60g
Dried ginger, Rhizoma Zingiberis, 30g
Tangerine peel, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, 15g
Black pepper, Fructus Piperis Nigri, 3g
Flour, 1000g
PROCESS: First grind together the first five ingredients into fine powder and mix them well with the pepper powder; then mix the well-mixed powder with the flour and water into dough and make small cakes like biscuits; finally bake the small cakes in an oven.
