INGREDIENTS
Wolfberry fruit, Fructus Lycii 20g
Longan aril, Arillus Longan 20g
Glossy privet fruit, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi 20g
Rehmannia root, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata (Shudihuang) 20g
Spirits 2kg
Epimedium, Herba Epimedii (Yinyanghuo) 20g
Lard, Lardun 100g
Mung bean, Semen Phaseoli Radiati 20g
PROCESS: Have the glossy privet fruit steamed and dried in the sun nine times alternately; wash the rehmanni roots, epimedium and mung beans clean and dried in the sun. Put them all into a bag of thin, tough silk and tie it up tight for later use. Put 2 kg of spirits into a china jar, put in the medicinal bag, seal the jar tightly and let the medicinal bag be soaked in it for a month.
