INGREDIENTS
Walnut kernel, Semen Juglandis 60g
Chinese chive stems, Bulbus Allii Tuberosi 250g
Sesame oil, Oleum Sesami 30g
Salt, Sal Communis 1.5g
PROCESS: Scald the walnut kernels in boiling water for about 2 minutes; take them out, strip off the husk and wash them clean; after draining, put them in a bowl; have the Chinese chive stems trimmed, washed clean and cut into sections 3 cm long; when the frying pan is hot, put in sesame oil; when the oil is hot, put in the walnut kernels and stir-fry them until they turn yellow; put in the chive stems and stir-fry again until they are done; add salt and stir to mix them thoroughly before putting the dish on a plate.
DIRECTIONS: Take it with bread (or cooked rice).
EFFICACY: Replenishing yin; invigorating yang, warming and recuperating the kidney-qi.
INDICATIONS: Impotence, weakness, cold-pain in the loins and knees due to insufficiency of the kidney-yang; Nocturnal Emission, Leukorrhagia, Prostatitis due to unconsolidation of the kidney-qi, Constipation, etc.
