    Health Description
    Health Consultation Description: I am suffering from vaginismus. I want to consult female therapist or gynaecologist for my issue. Since its more of a psychological problem I am not sure weather a normal gynaec consultation will help. My problem requires proper counselling and treatment rather than medicines. Kindly suggest remedial solutions along with reference of female therapist doctors for the same.

    Condition analysis: 
    Relax yourself mentally, forget all fear you have. Take a deep beath and expell out. Do it 10 times in one sitting. Do danus ashan if possible. And consult me if you like after 10 days of practice.

    Instructions:
    Fenugreek: Fenugreek is highly beneficial for treating bacterial vaginosis. It will help improve the pH level in the vagina and boost the immune system to speed up the healing process.

        Soak two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, drink this water on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least a month until you notice improvement in your condition.

        Mix one teaspoon of fenugreek powder in a cup of yogurt. Eat it twice daily for several days until your symptoms subside.

        Steep one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in a cup of hot water for about five minutes. Strain it, add little honey and drink this tea two or three times daily as long as needed.
