How can I treat urinary tract infection or bladder infection?

Condition analysis:
The best remedy for ALL types of urinary tract infections or bladder infection are "drinking alot of water". I know that it seems awkward but as far as I know most of the capable DOC. recommend that these types of infections usually occur due to water deficiency. I give u an example, in hot countries like Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka people consume a lot of water and are free from urinary or bladder infections but in cold countries like Europe and London people often prefer to Tea,coffee or alcohols. Often do they are affected by these infections. They drink very little water. So that's my opinion other's have others I respect them.

Instructions:
1. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar also helps to flush out the bacteria accumulated in the urinary tract. Take a glass of water and add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to it. You can also add some honey and lemon juice to it. Drink it twice a day.

2. Cod Liver Oil Supplements
You can take cod liver oil supplements in order to fight against the UTI. Cod liver oil also helps to boost up the immune system while making the body strong to fight off any type of bacteria or viruses.

3. Blue Brinjal Leaves
Boil some blue brinjal leaves in water, and consume it at least 2 times a day. This is an excellent natural treatment for the Urinary Tract Infections.
