Expert ReplyCondition analysis:
I would suggest a low residue diet - having said that since I follow that for colitis, I'd definitely find a gastroenterologist and have an upper GI series done and let him/her prescribe and advise you what to do. 3 obstructions in the last 6 months is WAY too many - find a gastroenterologist and quit playing doctor with yourself! All the best.
Instructions:
1) Water and honey
This is done by boiling the water first and then cooling it. Then you add honey to it and drink it. This allows the lining of your GIT to be more lubricated by the honey. This is done before you sleep.
2) Orange juice
Fresh orange juice every morning helps in the efficient flushing of toxins before you leave your home.
