Rhizoma Atractylodis (Cangzhu) 60 g,
Rhizoma Cyperi (Xiangfu) 60 g,
Zhi Qiao 60 g,
Citrus aurantium (Chenpi) 45 g,
Poria (Fuling) 45 g,
Arisaema Cum Bile (Dannanxing) 30 g,
Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao) 30 g.

Explanation
Fu Ling and Zhi Gan Cao: Invigorating Qi and strengthening the spleen.

Chen Pi: Regulating the flow of Qi and stomach, removing dampness and dissolving phlegm.

Cang Zhu: Drying dampness and invigorating spleen, dispelling wind-dampness.

Xiang Fu: Soothing liver and regulating qi, regulating menorrhea and alleviating pain.

Zhi Qiao: Promoting the flow of qi, soothing the chest and middle energizer, relieving distention.

Dan Nan Xing: Clearing and resolving heat-phlegm, extinguishing wind and relieving convulsion.
