Sheng Di 6 g,
Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata (Shudihuang) 6 g,
Shao Yao 6 g,
Rhizoma Dioscoreae (Shanyao) 4.5 g,
Radix Dipsaci (Xuduan) 4.5 g,
Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin) 4.5 g,
Huang Bo 4.5 g,
Raw Gan Cao 3 g.

Explanation
Huang Qin and Huang Bo: Clearing heat and removing toxicity.

Shan Yao: Reinforcing the kidney and benefiting the spleen, combining Shu Di and Sheng Di to enriching Yin.

Shu Di: Nourishing the kidney and replenishing essence.

Sheng Di: Clearing heat and cooling blood, stopping bleeding, nourishing yin.

Raw Gan Cao: Clearing heat and removing toxicity.

Shao Yao: Nourishing the liver to relieve pain.

Xu Duan: Tonifying the liver and kidney, strengthening tendons and bones, promoting blood circulation.

Administration
Decoct in water for oral dose to be taken on empty stomach.
