Medicinal Formulas for Universal Benefaction
Puji fang was compiled by the Ming prince Zhu Diet al. and printed in 1406. The version copied into the imperial Complete Quadripartite Library of 1782, reproduced here, took up 300 volumes, containing 426 juan, 1960 discourses, 2175 categories, and 778 methods with 239 illustrations and 61, 739 formulas. This is the largest classical formulary extant.
