(1) Decoct 15g Rhizoma Atractylodis (Cangzhu) in 300-500ml water over a slow fire until it becomes 70-100ml decoction, take it in one time or divide it into two parts for oral administration.
(2) Grind fresh Platycladus Orientalis, then filter out the decoction with gauze for oral administration, take a cup of decoction once, three times a day.
(3) Infuse 9g Prunella Spike in the boiling water, continuously take it for 7 days.
(4) Decoct 500g pine needle in 500ml water until it become half bowl of decoction, divide it into two parts for oral administration.
(5) Decoct 500g Rhizoma Atractylodis (Cangzhu) over a slow fire, filter it and add right amount of water to decoct until the Rhizoma Atractylodis is tasteless, get rid of the dregs, pour the decoction into the pot to decoct over a slow fire into thin paste, then add 200g honey to mix evenly, infuse one spoonful of the paste in boiling water, take it with empty stomach in the morning and in the evening, 30 days as a course of treatment, it can get the effect after 2-3 course of treatments.
(6) Decoct 6 carrot roots in the water for oral administration for 10 days, or eat raw carrot.
(7) Make chicken liver into pills for eating. It has five times more vitamin than duck liver and pork liver, and has two times than ox liver, and has one times than sheep liver. Therefore, chicken is very effective to treat night blindness.
(8) 6g Fructus Lycii (Gouqizi), 6g White Chrysanthemum. Infuse them in the boiling water, take it as a drink. It’s effective to patients with night blindness and vision decline.
(9) 15g Fructus Kochiae, 9g Semen Plantaginis (Cheqianzi), 9g Semen Celosiae. Decoct them in the water, divide it into two or three parts for oral administration.
(10) Decoct 15g Caltrop, 15g Semen Cassiae (Juemingzi)">Semen Cassiae (Juemingzi) and 3 Chinese-dates in water, divide them into two parts for oral administration.
