(1) It often occurs in people around 50 years of age, the female incidence is higher than male’s, and often occurs in left sides.
(2) It occult in onset, has no previous trauma, and is usually found with pain in elevation or abduction movement.
(3) Main syndrome: pain in the shoulder and impaired movement or stiff of shoulder joint, characterized by continued pain, worsen at night, can radiate into the occiput, back, forearm and hand.
