(1) Blockage by pathogenic wind-cold-dampness syndrome
Pain or acid swelling in the shoulder, which worsens at night, limited movement of the shoulder joint, pale tongue with white and greasy coating, sringlike pulse or sunken-fine pulse.
(2) Deficiency of qi and blood syndrome
Pale complexion, shortness of breath, lassitude, pain in the shoulder joint which worsens after overwork, while assuages after take a break, pale tongue with thin and white coating, fine,sunken and forceless pulse.
(3) Insufficiency of the liver and kidney syndrome
Dizziness, vertigo, tinnitus, contracture of tendon, obvious articular dysfunction, weakness, but not obvious pain, red tongue,fine and weak pulse.
(4) Injury muscles and bones syndrome
Fracture and injury muscles and bones in the parts of the upper limbs, long-term fixation or long cumulative injury will make blood stagnation, blockage by pathogenic wind-cold-dampness.
