(1) Handling the scapulohumeral periarthritis with plastic
Method: Shear the white plastic or taker-bag into one larger than the affected area, and cover it on the shoulder after droping some drops of water on it. Do it for long term. On the outbreak of the disease, changimg the plastic or taker-bag every 2-3 days is effective for the scapulohumeral periarthritis. (Patients who are allergic to plastic should be cautious about this prescription)
(2) Puree of ginger and onion for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis
Method: Mash up 250-400g of ginger and onion respectively, stir-fry them with mild fire first and then stir-fry with thick white spirit. Apply the hot paste on the painful area before asleep (based on accepting temperature) and wrap them tightly with towel or a strip of cloth. Take the paste off on the next day morning and re-stir-fry the paste in the evening and apply to the painful area. Usually, a dose of the prescription could be applied for 3-4 nights. (3) Hot salt for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis
Method: Stir-fry 500g of crude salt, put them into a cloth bag and tie the bag tightly(do not let the salt leak out), and then burn the shoulder with that hot cloth bag. This prescription is perfect for the early stage of the disease while with less effect for later stage.
(4) Puree of crab for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis
Method: Soak three crabs for half a day, making them discharge the mud in them stomach. Mash them up into puree and put the puree onto a cloth with the diameter within 8cm, then apply the cloth on the painful area in the evening and take it off the next day morning.
