Common symptoms: Aversion to cold and preference to warmth, localized cold pain; pale or bluish complexion, cold limbs, bland taste and no thirst, clear thin sputum, saliva and snivel; or clear and voluminous urine, loose stools; slow or tight pulse.
Tongue manifestations: Exterior cold syndrome presents pale tongue with thin or little thick whitish fur( Fig. 3-32) ; interior cold syndrome presents pale tongue with whitish and moist fur(Fig. 3 - 33).
