[Location] Localized in the erect sitting position or prostrate position, or in the lateral recumbent position. When the arm is abducted, the point is posterior to LI15 (Jianyu), in the depression posterior and inferior to the acromion. (Fig.20)
 
[Regional Anatomy] Skin→subcutaneous tissue→triceps brachii→teres minor→teres major→ tendon of latissimus dorsi. Superficial layer, the distribution of the lateral supraclavicular nerve; deep layer, the axillary nerve, and the posterior circumflex humeral artery and vein.
