Points: Neiguan (PC6) and Shenmen (HT 7)

Technique: Use the 2 to 6-cun filiform needle of size 28, insert them quickly through the skin, and keep the needle body and the skin at an angle of 300. When the needle is under the skin, every effort should be made to insert the needle close to the dermis rather than too deep. The first insertion should be quick and accurate, but further insertions should be slow. No rotation should be made while the needle is inserted to a depth of 2 to 6 cun. The needles are retained for 20 to 30 minutes, and the treatment is given once daily or once every other day. Ten sessions make up one course. The interval between two courses should be 10 days. The treatment was applied in 90 cases of arrhythmia, with a remarkably effective rate of 58.2%, an effective rate of 28.5% and failure rate of 13.3%.
